Why are your lamps priced so competitively?
Our products mainly come from store displays and showroom models previously used for presentation across Europe.
These items are often in very good condition and were not used in private homes.
Every product is fully inspected, cleaned, and repackaged before being shipped to the customer.
Can I pick up my order in person?
No — we currently do not offer local pickup.
All orders are shipped from our central warehouse to ensure efficient handling and faster processing times.
What is the condition of the products?
Since many items are ex-display pieces, some products may show light signs of previous handling, such as small marks or surface traces.
This does not affect functionality or performance.
We carefully check every lamp before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Can you send photos of the actual product?
For some items, we may be able to provide real photos of the exact piece you will receive.
However, if an item is already securely packaged in the warehouse, we may not be able to open it again for photos.
Feel free to email us beforehand, and we’ll assist wherever possible.
What is the delivery time and where do you ship?
We currently ship within Sweden only.
Estimated delivery time:
7–14 working days for standard-size items
Up to 20 working days for larger lamps (when any side of the parcel exceeds 80 cm and requires special handling)

What is your return policy?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
